We had a wonderful breakfast here and were absolutely blown away by the service. My daughter had accidentally ordered the wrong dish and changed her mind afterward. The server went above and beyond to brighten our day by bringing her the meal she truly wanted — completely free of charge! It was such a kind and thoughtful gesture that made our morning. The place is also spotlessly clean and welcoming for everyone. The world feels better with people like this. Highly recommend!

Always wanted to check out this place for lunch since it’s close to my office. I went and ordered the Liv Wrap which was $18.99 (before tax). I think it’s pretty expensive for a wrap but it did taste like it had high quality ingredients, esp the chicken. I did enjoy the basil pesto sauce that came on the side. The wrap was on the smaller side which was disappointing for the price you’re paying. Would I get it again? Probably not, but would be open to try the bowl.

The CARROT CAKE here is an absolute must! It's everything a carrot cake should be, though I'd love a bit more of that cream cheese frosting. Their savory dishes were also good; the Avocado Tuna Melt was delicious. My only suggestion for the chicken Caesar wrap would be to incorporate the dressing instead of separating it

Went to NYC for the day and wanted a healthy lunch spot, a quick search showed this place and it did not disappoint. It was slow when we can but that meant quiet, the dining area was a chill and calm environment and the staff were very nice and helpful. This location luckily had a great discount the day we went, so we paid much less than we would have both here or other places. The food was excellent, fresh and tasty, with the salad I got being a recommendation from the cashier helping me. We will be coming here again in the future.

I just wanted to take a moment to shout out Neyrali of Carrot Express. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with the warmest smile and such genuine kindness. It’s rare to find someone who brings that much positive energy and attentiveness to a busy spot like this. Not only was the service fast and smooth, but her attitude made all the difference. Carrot Express is lucky to have someone like her representing the brand. I’ll definitely be coming back — not just for the food, but for the friendly welcome she gave me.
